Pharmaniaga’s World First Halal Vaccine and Insulin Plants Construction Nearing 90% Completion
Highlights: Pharmaniaga LifeScience Sdn Bhd (PLS), which is a subsidiary of Pharmaniaga Berhad, is working towards building the world’s first Halal vaccine and insulin plants. The biopharmaceutical plants are expected to be operational in 2024 for vaccines and 2025 for insulin. Currently, the construction of the vaccine plant is 90% complete, while the insulin plant is 70% complete.
